PROJECTS
Integrated power infrastructure for large-load demand
NUE develops power infrastructure that combines generation, storage and grid connectivity to support compute-intensive and industrial demand.
Each project is developed around the needs of its site and intended load. NUE brings together the generation, storage, interconnection and supporting infrastructure required to create a coordinated development pathway.
Our broader development approach emphasizes strategic site control, integrated systems and infrastructure built with long-term power use in mind. By combining multiple infrastructure layers in one project, NUE aims to improve flexibility and create a more practical path from site control to deployment-ready infrastructure.
Generation
Solar, gas, and grid-connected power sources
Storage
Battery energy storage systems for load balancing
Grid Support
Transmission infrastructure and interconnection
Large-Load Integration
Purpose-built for compute and industrial demand
Current projects across selected markets
NUE is advancing a portfolio of power infrastructure projects across selected markets, each supported by a clear strategic rationale.
NUE's current projects reflect the Company's broader platform approach: strategic site positioning, integrated infrastructure design and disciplined development across selected markets. Each project is shaped by local considerations, including grid access, demand profile, infrastructure needs, regulatory context and project economics.

A broader development pipeline across selected markets
NUE's pipeline extends across strategic regions and development stages, reflecting a diversified platform approach rather than a single-project path.
Current projects are one visible part of NUE's broader development pipeline. Across selected markets, the Company is advancing opportunities at different stages and in different infrastructure contexts, guided by a consistent development model.
The pipeline is intended to be both stage-based and strategically selective. It is not simply a list of markets or projects. It reflects where NUE believes strategic land access, infrastructure readiness, and demand conditions may support disciplined long-term development.
Strategic Land Access
Curated site opportunities with clear development potential and favorable positioning
Infrastructure Readiness
Assessment of grid proximity, interconnection pathways, and supporting infrastructure
Demand Conditions
Market analysis of power demand profiles, offtake potential, and growth trajectory
Stage-Gated Development
Disciplined milestone-based progression from site to deployment-ready infrastructure
Selective Market Exposure
Focused presence in markets with strategic alignment and favorable development context
